i’m down to 143 … my goal weight is still 130, but i would like to reach 137-138 by the end of January.

weigh-in will be every other morning to maintain losing weight … i’m sticking to a 1100, 1000, 800, 1100 etc. calorie intake.

i’m still so curious — what’s a good cardio exercise, other than running, to help lose weight. running makes me hungrier & bulkier.  i want long, skinny legs.  not long super-muscular legs.

if anyone has tips… merci beaucoup!

As promised, here’s a typical day’s intake for me, in pictures.  This is how I’ve been losing weight without being hungry.

Breakfast: oatmeal with 1 tbsp fresh cranberry sauce and milk, unsweetened tea with milk. 150 cals  Not shown: multivitamin washed down with a swig of milk, 20 cal

Late morning snack: Trader Joe’s fiber cake 80 cals

Late lunch: turkey sandwich made with one slice of 45-cal bread, lots of turkey, a little avocado.  150 cals

Dinner: Piece of chicken breast (I removed most but not all of the skin), a tiny bit of cranberry sauce (weird to have it twice in one day haha), and some tomatoey eggplant stuff.  400 cals

TOTAL: 800 calories

This was a good day.  As you can see, I got to eat often.  Now, before anyone gets all upset that I’m not eating enough nutrients, not enough vegetables, etc, please let me remind you that this is temporary: once I hit my goal, I’ll eat more each day.
